Envision works in Liberia within the context of and in support of the EpiC project objectives are HIV epidemic control in Liberia. This project is singularly designed to focus on what Envision has learned from in-person assessment of the HIV epidemic control efforts in Liberia to be the biggest gaps in existing efforts that will measurably effect the HIV control metrics in Liberia – that of gaps in addressing Mother-to-Child transmission rates and maintaining new mothers and early infant diagnosis and in the continuum of care as well as addressing the single highest cause of lost to care which is the slow turnaround of lab results of those testing positive in Rapid Tests
